Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We offer flat-rate or variable-rate shipping depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping is available for an additional charge and usually takes 2 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Method
We use USPS Priority & UPS, to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its journey.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship with in the USA only. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping options.
Packaging
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in packing your treats, but please let us know if they arrive damaged or broken.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
